Recruitment counselors are individuals who support PNMs during primary recruitment and help to facilitate recruitment rounds/events. RCs are an important resource in helping PNMs throughout the Primary Recruitment process, helping to answer any questions and promote the Panhellenic community in a positive light through their own experience. RCs help encourage PNMs to keep an open mind and guide them through values-based recruitment through supportive and meaningful conversations.
